We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100 (U.S. only).
Every purchase is made to order and most orders are manufactured and shipped within a week.
In any rare case that there is a delay, be rest assured that you will always be notified.
We currently offer DHL Worldwide Shipping for our international shoppers! Shipping and customs will be paid through our shoppers
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number that you can use to track its journey to you.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
We offer returns within 15 days of the delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, product must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors with all the tags still attached.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition
Buyer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund, unless product received was wrong or defective from us.
Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded.
We do not currently offer exchanges at this time. Every purchase is made to order and sizing for all products is listed on the product page. Please refer to the sizing charts.
Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns and inspection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of sending back the product, first check to see if you have received a refund notification from KNGS & KWNS. If you have, double check your bank account to make sure it hasn’t appeared yet.
Then contact your credit card and/or bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

RETURNING A GIFT
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase. You will receive a gift card via email for the value that the item is marked at the time your return. If you’d like to return a gift, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will get that return started for you.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We sincerely apologize if the product you received was wrong or defective. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the wrong or defective product and we will quickly resolve the problem.
